Since I started this blog, I’ve used it to share my experiences entering the workforce. I’ve discussed life in college and conferences I attended from organizations I was associated with. I’ve discussed my thoughts and feelings about my environment. As things in my life change, I would like my writing to reflect those changes. So I want to use this blog and social media to try to document what life and culture in Nigeria entails as I learn about my country. I love journalism but I know in the media, there can be a lot of negativity and despair discussed and shown about the African continent. But I want to use this blog to focus on the beauty and progress I see in Nigeria. I want to do this in addition to continuing to write content about my thoughts and emotions about life in general.
Social Media Handles
I admit that I haven’t been on social media often. Some platforms I haven’t visited in a really long time. This is because blogging is the most comfortable platform for me to share my thoughts and experiences. However, I do want to try to be consistent and more open in the way I use other social media platforms. You can follow me through the channels below. 🙂
Thanks so much for following this blog, reading and liking the posts. Ever since I came back to Nigeria, I’ve noticed different demographics of viewers and I think that’s awesome. Thanks for checking out this site. Also, thanks to those who reached out to tell me you like the new format of the blog or a particular post. That means so much to me so Thank You! 🙂
